The ECE of silver,
`` {Z}_{\mathit{A}\mathit{g}}=\frac{{E}_{Ag}}{f}=\frac{107.9}{96500}=0.001118``
Using the formula, m = Zit, we get:
m = 0.00118 × 0.500 × 3600
= 2.01 g
So, 2.01 g of silver is liberated.
