    State the Jurisdiction of Session Court?
    Ans : The Sessions Court deals with cases concerning serious offences such as robbery, dacoit and murder. The Sessions or Additional Sessions Judge alone can award death sentences or life imprisonment. It is mandatory that a sentence of death must be confirmed by the High Court.
